I know the correct usage of these pronous but I can't actually explain it very well.

I never start a sentence with "Me" when there is another pronoun involved, as in "me and my sister". I always say: My sister and I.

I remember it that way because I wouldn't ever start a sentence off with the word ME....so I just never use the word if there is another pronoun along with it. I put myself second and then use the word "I".

I (not me)hope that helped...sorry if it didn't.

Banjuja58 did a much better job explaining it...go with that answer :)

i'm not sure what your asking... "she took my sisters and me to the beach" or "my sisters and i like popcorn?" just leave out the my sisters to decide which one to use... does this answer you?

If you and your sisters are the subject of the sentence, it's "My sisters and I...." as in "My sisters and I do housework in the nude." If you and your sisters are the object, direct or indirect, it's "....me and my sisters" as in "The dark and handsome stranger mesmerized me and my sisters." (or "....my sisters and me.")
