A boy whos in a different crew is now working in are crew, beacuse his crew doesn't have to do anything yet (hes in the lighting crew) Him and her are flirting and messing around when I have important info. They don't listen to me or help AT ALL! What should I do?

Ask them nicely to save their flirting for another time. They'll probably be so embarrassed they will stop talking long enough to get things done (that day at least.)
And/or
Talk to your friend sometime when he's not around, telling her how hard it is for you to do it all by yourself. Tell her you really need her help (flattery never hurts!!) and ask her not to stop, but to tone it down enough that things get done. A good friend should understand that she's making things hard for you.
And remember... eventually he'll go back to his own crew and you'll be able to function normally again. ?
GOOD LUCK!

instead of thinking about them, just let them be, tell them just once that they need to help out, if they dont listen then dont mind them, they are no good anyway, even if they do help, i dont think theyd be much of a help anyway, so just do your job, concentrate on more important things, let others observe that they are not participating, believe me they would view you as a power freak if you continue scolding them, just let them be, they are useless anyway, there are other importants tasks, forget that they exist, and dont even talk to them

tell them that they have responsibilities and they'd better get busy working on them. tell your friend that you can't and don't want to do all this by yourself and she needs to be helping you. and tell him that if he's going to hang around your friend all the time, he can get busy and help her do something useful. and if that doesn't work, try telling them straight out what you want them to do, and how much time they have to do it.
Best Wishes
