No, and anyone of us alive today will not be alive in 3000 because no one can live a thousand years. But reincarnation? No one proved that it is true but if you are a Buddhist (i'm not sure, or a Hinduist) you'll believe in reincarnation because it's part of their faith-i'm a Catholic rather.
There are also theories that the sun will mature and expand it's size from a yellow dwarf star to a red one, making it impossible for the Earth to withstand the heat and just blown away. The next possible planet that people may live, according to theories, might be Mars or Jupiter.

I've made myself this question. If we give to the current world population a value of 1, and considering the growth in two times every 100 years, we would have in 1000 years a population 1024 times 6 billion, and with an unequal distribution, the population of Africa, the Latin America and the SE Asian would overwhelm tat of Europe and North America.
It seems very unlikely to happen. The rational side of the human being will forget the equal rights for all humans and will apply EUGENICS all over the world allowing only to selected individuals, the privilege of reproduction.
I'm not racist, but I don't see other way out.
*) After rereading the question I found out that you didn't ask if the human species wil exist after 1000 years. My answer went in that direction.

Whether you can expect to live until the year 3000 (1000 years from now you do realize, don't you?) may be partially dependent upon your current age; if you are young enough, medical science may well advance during your lifetime to the juncture that the key to immortality has been discovered or that the ability to replace or robotize organs has been perfected so that humans can survive virtually forever. Of course, you undoubtedly would not desire to continue aging endlessly so that the method for insuring perpetual youth would also be required. I empathize with you, also having desired immortality of the flesh, and, in fact, I have written a book in which the panacea (which I called AurLplasm) exists encapsulated at the depths of the Caribbean Sea south of Cuba; it is exactly the substance that you are seeking in that it possesses the ability to bestow immortality and eternal youth as well as to confer upon you your ultimate genetic makeup with reparations for whatever you might currently wish to correct physically. You may care to seek it there! Good luck, and please do contact me if you should discover it!

The current record for living I think is 120 years old. And it won't be the year 3000 for another 993 years; therefore, it seems highly unlikely to live that long unless you're a cyborg/robot or you travel in time.

Well, if you are Hindu, then most likely you will be alive since you are a reincarnation.
