It is also typical for a number of changes to occur during pregnancy: the breasts generally become larger and firmer, mainly due to hypertrophy of the mammary gland in response to the hormone prolactin. The size of the nipples may increase noticeably and their pigmentation may become darker. These changes may continue during breastfeeding. The breasts generally revert to approximately their previous size after pregnancy, although there may be some increased sagging and stretch marks.
The size of a woman’s breasts usually also fluctuates during the menstrual cycle, particularly with premenstrual water retention. An increase in breast size is also a common side effect of use of the combined oral contraceptive pill.

Yes, in two different ways.
The first is that the mammary glands "mature" to produce milk (these are the only glands in the body that do not mature at puberty). As the glands become active, they enlarge. You may also experience an increase in fatty tissue (the other component of a breast). Both of these will increase your cup size - although there is no guarantee by how much.
The second is that your rib cage actually expands during pregnancy to allow for a greater lung capacity (so you can get extra oxygen for the baby). This will increase the back size - or circumference of your chest. Again, you may also find increased fat deposits (these are not necessarily bad - they help support the baby and breastfeeding).
So, you may find your bra size growing significantly in both back and cup size during pregnancy. And when the milk comes in, the cup size can go up again.

Every person is different. When I had my son I went from an A-cup to a B-cup. The size never changed back!! Thank God!! LOL. Yes the breast size usually does change because of hormones, milk and excess water. However, everybody is different!

I am currently 4 months pregs, and my breasts have dramaticly increased in size, i have always been a borderline A/B cup but now im def. a C cup.. and there is still 5 more months to go.. my sister went up 2 cups sizes when she was pregs but after she finshed breast feeding she became smaller than she originally was (she breast fed for 1 year). It really depends on your build and body.. its different for everyone.. but i hope you enjoy the exciting changes ahead.. im loving every second of changes!

Yes, they do get bigger in size during pregnancy and even bigger after delivery, b,coz during pregnancy the mammary glands starts developing but it fills with milk gradually but after delivery when your baby starts feeding it increases accordingly, but resumes the original size after one stops breast feeding, but unfortunately you never get the previous tight and firm breast as earlier, it usually saggs due to the milk weight.

Definately... I went from a small 34B to a big 36 C during my pregnancy... then 36DD when my milk came in. Now that I've stopped breastfeeding my boobs (luckily) went back to a 34 B... but their not like they used to be!!!

yes, while you are pregnant they usually become larger... then the milk comes in and they have another lil ''growth spirt''. after breastfeeding they will go back down, sometimes they will be larger than the prepregnancy size, sometimes they are smaller.
