Yes it is normal, and no, you are probably not pregnant. There are only a few days a month during which a woman can get pregnant, and they fall right around ovulation. Since your sex was so close to the start of your flow, you were probably outside the window of fertility.
It is really easy to learn to observe your body's fertility cues to know if you are fertile or not. It's not a fool-proof method of birth control, because you can still have unprotected sex when you are fertile.
Oh, and be careful with the sex without "semen" too. There is sperm even in the fluids he can't feel coming out (the ones that enter your body before he pulls out of you.)

Chances are high that you are not pregnant. Ovulation occurs 14 days before your period begins. Since your period came a few days after sex, you probably ovulated way befor you had sex and thus are not preg. Check with your doctor because unprotected sex can lead to more things than only pregnancy. Take care of yourself
