Look on wikipedia and it will outline all of his crimes. He gassed the Kurds (thats why he was executed) and systematically tried to wipe them out or make them leave Iraq. He used to be a friedn to the first President Bush and Reagan.

He didn't make his payments to American and British government officials was his biggest crime. All that other stuff the Republican Bush Administration does everyday of the week except in larger numbers.
