Well, Congress could write some laws pertaining to the regulating of air pressure in the matter of square inches.

The we'd need a special task force to make sure these laws are complied with.

Once that's done, maybe there should be minimum sentences set up for the judicial branch to use when the pressure is not properly regulated.
