I'm a college undergrad who has 4 years as an assistant manager at various blockbuster videos under my belt, I have a nice GPA, wanting to go into Grad school right off the bat, and wondering what kind of possibilities are there in management above entrylevel retail such as what I was in?

I'd really like to pick a corporate setting maybe, or perhaps a management field setting. What kind of salary could I expect out of these?

Do I seem to have a good resume here (4 years exp during college, 3.75 GPA, MBA in management, possible doctorate)?

Wow, very impressive! You are a great student! Unfortunately, it doesn't mean $hit in the real world of business.
To make it in business you have to know more than how to crunch the numbers and understand the systems. You need to be able to work with people, your employees, your bosses, and your peers. You need to develop that gut instinct that allows you to move decisively and be able to seize an opportunity when you see it.
You have a great start, but going to school doesn't mean you win the game. Finishing school just lets you start to play the game. Develop all of your skills and pour your heart into whatever it is you want to accomplish, and you will be able to do anything.
