Your question is totally unintelligible. Are you trying to say is it OK to hunt and kill whales? Whales are beautiful intelligent creatures who don't deserve to be butchered. I hate the Japanese for what they are doing. There is so much food in the seas that can be farmed and sustained but this indiscriminate slaughter of these giants of the sea is appalling and disgusting. I wish someone with some clout could reason with the Japanese government to STOP NOW before it's too late and yet more species are added to the "extinct" register.

If we could trust whalers to only take a certain number, I'd say fine as I would with the hunting of non-endangered deer in north America.

However whales are far more difficult to keep account of and whalers even more so with their factory ships that can process their catches away from prying eyes in remote areas.

It's only been 20 years since the worldwide ban. It's far too soon to start hunting again.

Japan is suffering from a good ole boy network that is desperately trying to keep their industry alfoat despite the wave of indifference of the japanese public to the presence or absence of whale meat in their diet. Alot of whale meat has gone unsold or put into freakin' pet food. For some older folks whale meat reminds them of the poverty of the post war era.

Modern whaling today is basically too expensive to be worthwhile with the added danger of eradicating the whales all together. Whale-watching tours are far more lucrative.

Stop whaling....most of the whales are now almost extinct! They are very friendly animals. Japan seriously needs to stop selling whale meat. I seriously disagree on anything that includes hunting a wild animal for benefits!

Stop whaling. I tried it in Japan and it tastes terrible. I have no idea why people bother to hunt them when they aren't worth eating anyway. I'd much rather have a bit of tuna.

If you lead a traditional lifestyle which has been dependent on whaling for food, it is acceptable, but not if you are in a developed country or living a modern lifestyle!
