I think this question is subjective. It depends on the type of girl and her personality. Also I think looks also play a factor in whole thing, as well as personality. Maybe you should strive to get a mixture of both which I like (personally) but again, it really depends on the person. Sometimes if a guy is too metro then it becomes either a turn off or the girl will think the guy is gay or confused. On the other hand if the guy has too much testosterone then that can become annoying because girls like guys who can show their sensitive side once and a while. good luck hahaha

i love a man who can do almost anything concerning maintenance of a household and lawn by himself. i like one that enjoys a whole slew of outdoorsy activities and also, just being with nature. i look for one that isn't too afraid - or too lazy - to get dirty.
however, i adore fobs and perfectionists! so, he has to clean up right, be urbane, act like a gentlemen, speak properly, have some class and be sophisticated at the same time.
after years of living in big cities, i really appreciate someone with 'small town values'.
small town sophistication is refreshingly quaint!
problem - few men in small towns make enough money to live a lifestyle that nurtures those urbane/sophisticated characteristics i adore.
i want a fob, yes but, my man must always be more of a man than i am. no fussing about being 'too cold' or, because something is 'too heavy' or, because a carnival ride goes 'too high'. that is such a turn-off! if i can bear it, lift it and brave it, my man better not fuss!

Definitely metro!
Because I can take them out to watch football or fancy dinner and they can fit in. Rough manly type don't go everywhere girls want to go. Besides, metro guys can dress up like themselves on job interviews.

I like a metrosexual man, to be sure. Nothing wrong with taking care of one's hygeine and having a sense of style. And all men coould use a mani/pedi to be sure...... just be sure to skip the polish!

Manly -- I like a "guy's guy" who is going to watch sports with me and eat normal foods. I hate guys who take longer to get ready than I do.

Metro is crap. Who wants a guy that acts like a girl? I have a friend who's metro and he stays in the mirror. He once came to my house and asked me if I had a loofah he could shower with..Yuck. It's just not masculine at all. I'd rather have a guy who farts and drinks a cold one while watching football.

eh.. depends. but honestly, i prefer a guy whod rather play sports then do his hair, especially since i'm the type of girl whod rather play sports then do her hair.
