Tell him he has a screw loose. Then tell yourself that you have to stay out of situations that would give the guy the slightest reason to bring up the subject again. This assumes that he is totally clueless and doesn't know that in most states, this is illegal. You don't mention your age or his but there may be even more laws that he would be breaking. Back away from him and confide in your parents that he told you this but you think he may be too ignorant to know that it is wrong. Then they will be aware of his intentions, your response, and the dangers of him not understanding. They may in a nice way talk to his parents or him and make it clear that this is wrong.

well lets see god says it's a NO NO and not only that but that is just inbread you dont sleep with family just think if you got pregnant that child would be well born into insest and it could become a gennaration curse which means your child might and up sleeping with its cousins or worse uncle aunt you never no so DO NOT DO IT

Depends on your age and your cousins age. If you are under 18 and he/she is older, Tell them NO!!!!! and run away and tell your parents. Because it is wrong and bad of him. If you are both under 18, I would tell him/her no and tell your parents. If both are over 18 , and you want to hey you are both adults. Now if you are over 18 and he/she is under 18 get yourself some help.
