when you revise something, you create different neurological pathways in your brain. Rewording it solidifies what you just read, just like how teaching something is a great way to learn it. It all has to do with brain wiring.

Science is all nothing but observation, recording and verification.
You are becoming more scientific by revisiting your lesson.
The order of learning a lesson should state with first drawing the pictures if they are there in the lesson.
Then noting down the tables if they are there.
Note down the questions for which you are supposed to find answers.
Read the lesson carefully ( have a dictionary to get the correct meanings yourself – don’t depend on others until and unless it is absolutely necessary.
Create a mental picture of what you are reading. Make a drawing if possible.
Work in groups of three :Find out two more friends who are equally interested like you and share your ideas with them.

Once you have studied a chapter, give a break and then revise it. It will be retained by your brain for a longer period. Periodical revising one's study material is helpful so that one can easily recall the answers.

I would say when we read or learn things.... is difficult just for first time by doing it, so we need more observation and realising what is a method by doing so it become Asia to Study the lesson or making things more easier and perfect.

You will not forget the initial chapter while finishing your last chapter, its really great to do revision.

for example, if you watch a movie many times, you will be able to remember it frame by frame. lessons are no exception. the more you study them, the more deeper they get etched in your memory.
