I don't think this question is silly. We answerers must try to HELP the asker no matter how silly the question was.
Now, coming to the point, we don't fall off because we are moving along with the earth and because of the gravitational pull the earth exerts on us.

All objects, even you, have gravity. The earth has more mass than you so naturally its gravity is stronger.
