That is from Face Off! He first drives right by his own house and then he sees Nick Cages wife and he is like ahh yes, he we are. Then he gets out of the car and greets his wife. Then he says that line. Eve, I hate to see you go, but I love to watch you leave. There is also another great line when he first sees Nick Cage face to face after the operation. He says, it's like looking in a mirror, only not!

I don't know about the movie but my ex husband said that to my mother once... I thought she was gonna freak out. Nothing like telling your Mother-In-Law she has a nice a $$ to freak her out. hahahahahahaha.
