It is true. But make sure you are willing to defend that in court. The IRS is ruthless about money as most people are.

If you are brave enough, nothing can stop you.

There is a movement out there that tries to claim that there is no federal basis for the enforcement of the tax law. They have the zeal of typical conspiracy theorists.

They are pretty much wrong.

The government aggressively pursues these tax evaders and many end up in prison.

So, unless you are very well versed in constitutional history and tax policy, you'd be better off just letting the pros risk court and prison and pay your taxes on time.

That question is at least half a century old, and many have tried to not pay their taxes on that basis. Or pay only a fraction because they did not approve of our current war (whatever it was at the time).

Nobody has ever won. In this David and Goliath situation, bets are on Goliath every time. Sorry.

Darn those rascally bankers. I couldn't watch much past the first couple of minutes though, as the creepy tone of the film left me anticipating that at any moment it would start into a diatribe about how taxes are the machination of the "worldwide jewish conspiracy".

Please! In the words of Carlos Mencia: dee, dee, dee!!!

How Un-American. If you do not pay income tax, how is America supposed to survive? Get out of the United States if you do not want to meet your obligation to our country.

No, it's not true......don't believe everything you see on the internet. You probably believe that lonelygirl15 from youtube is a real person and not an actress too.
