I Live in los Angeles and ive heard about the dangerous gangs killing random people. I am scared now to do anything. What should i do?

Statistically chances are you probably wont suffer from such a thing, for this will at the most happen to 1 out of many thousands. Otherwise there wouldn't be any economy left to support their criminal activities...
Be careful but don't stop living.
Only in America is this possible in any other country it's as long as their killing each other it's all fine. But when they go for honest folks they get attacked by cops and sent to jails for a long while. In some places their criminal peers would kill them to set an example. Criminals usually don't like that kind of attention.
