do you know of any composers similar in style to Tchaikovsky or Rachmaninoff?

Erm..Chopin..and maybe mendelssohn.both write music that are quite expressive.They were from the early romantic period whereas tchaikovsky was late romantic.Don't know about rakhmaninov but he's a 20th century composer so try Gershwin or other composers from that era.
