I went last year, theres Kapa Hakas, some individual entertainers, food stalls with fried bread, Hangi, Paua fritters etc, heaps of t-shirts, carvings, paintings and weaving and bone/pounamu etc.

i don't know where in bondi but in Merylands, its easy to find it is in the old former rubbish tip/brickworks park where they have just finished renovating the park area and built those ugly townhouses

waitangi day is new zealands national holiday... not australias so you wont find one there, unless you observe it yourself.
