I think they're talking about the price of the alcohol that they're drinking and how many shots of said alcohol that they're drinking. Then it goes on to talk about how they can drink as much alcohol as they want to because a generation of mindless post-adolescents with ethnicity identification issues are buying into their marketing scheme.
