I always apologize.
One time a lady I didnt know left a msg on my phone. I called her back and told her she had dialed the wrong number.
..and..
There is a lady that has called my wife like 8 times in the past year my wife has to tell her its the wrong number. My wife knows the ladies name. and the ladies daughters name and the correct phone number.
