One really good website is fitday.com

You can track everything you eat in a day, and keep track of your calories, and also your activities/exercise, and calories burned. You put in a goal weight, and it will tell you how many calories you can eat to achieve a certain goal in a certain time.

lots of tips on site too.

In terms of Excerising, you might want to join a gym- but there is no point in joining one if you don;t know what to go for. Generally, you should consider all types of training:
Continous - eg. Aerobics
Resistance- eg Weights
Interval - eg. on Bike

You should work on the basic physical fitness components- Aerobic Capacity, Flexibility, Coordination, Musuclar Endurance and Strength..
For Eating, look up guides to eating Pryamids etc, Recommended Daily Intakes.....EAt LOW GI Foods for sustained energy release... Hope this helps

View this ABC newscast ~ www.isamovie.com
Then go to www.holisticdoc.Isagenix.com and you will find this & other movies. This is a site showing the dramatic weight losses achieved when following a full body cleanse and the upside is that this will remove built up toxins and give better health.

What helped me was a diabetic diet. They were worried about my blood sugar at one time because I had to take a steroid for something and it shot my sugar up. I ate a lot of baked chicken and steak. I also ate a lot of vegetables. You can even eat sweet potato if you leave off the brown sugar. Cut out all white bread, rice, pasta, corn & anything that has a lot of sugar.

I recommend www.bodyforlife.com (which I have no commercial affiliation with). Especially good for tips on weight training.
