People who are not teamplayers and unwilling to pull their weight within the department.
If the people happen to be in my department and are hindering my performance, I would approach them personally and have talk with them...failing that, I'd alert the line manager and have them observe the person and make and decision.

You're right. It is a loaded gun question, and it would be tough to answer on the spot without a lot of time to careful plan and phrase your answer.
I would answer it this way - "Laziness in others irritates me because I believe in doing my best and working my hardest. To deal with it, I try to practice new and creative ways to motivate others so that we can all work better together as a team." I would then go into details about some motivation ideas...I think that it is a fairly safe way to turn a negative question into a positive.

I think the best way to answer this question is by stating what you do like in other people. Then look at the opposite. What type of people would make it an unpleasant or hostile environment?
For the most part its a trick question? If you answer that you dont like people who never mind their business it insinuateyou have something to hide.
If you say you dont like brown nosers it means......
If you say you dont like people who talk to much....
What you should be saying is "I seem to get along with most people and most people get along with me. I really don't bother with personality or character indiferences unless I fear they will interfere with my job or the goal of the company."
Something to that affect

It is a loaded gun, but here's how to remove the bullets:
"I'm not easily irritated, in fact its challenging for me to remember the last time someone irritated me. I guess lazy people irritate me because they tend to have a negative impact on others."
How's that?

I think that my answer would something like this:
"As long as other people's way of acting or opinions don't affect my work or my performance at the workplace I would just ignore the negative and try to find the positive of their actions. Everyone is entitle to an opinion but I don't necessarily have to agree with it and as long as I respect them, then they will have no choice, but to respect mine".
