hi everyone~ Thank you for taking your time to stop in here. I do customize jackets and today one of my customer wants me to embroidery on his jacket, but the problem is that he wants me to do exactly the logo off from the brand name EVISU JEANS onto his jacket. So my question is this legal to do or illegal.?

I would say that would be illegal. Using a companies likeness, logo, copyrighted material is stealing. If you do this repeatedly it will surely amount to a lawsuit if you get recognized. Altering it in some fashion may be enough to avoid exposure. ? Maybe not. Good Luck

I would say it's technically illegal, but if it's a one-off thing, the chances of anyone getting upset or starting legal action are extremely slim.
