It sounds like a Fan or Blower problem to me. Since your not getting any heat or AC ducted through your dash. In which case it would be a very easy task of removing the old blower typically found mounted to the firewall in the engine compartment. A new blower may cost probly $40.00 but you might be able to locate a replacement at your local parts yard for $5 bucks. Hope this helps.

find the cause for the heat failure. it may be a vacuum hose missing or bad, or a bad control unit on the dash, even a bad switch in the same unit. next, determine whether your ac compressor is working short-cycling, no freon, bad switches or contactor on the drier. there are so many variables involved that giving cost estimate for a repair is totally impossible. try to narrow it down, or stop at a mechanic's place and get them to give some idea of cosat, depending on what needs to be done. it can be cheap, or extremely expensive.

If the heat is not working either it could just be a fuse or something electrical. Check the fuses first.
Does the fan run when you turn the switch on? If it does not then there is a problem with the blower. Get that fixed first.

HEAT is usally cheap to fix..... thermostat, heater valve... blower motor.... but always check your fuses first.
AIR CONDITIONING on the ohter hand is expensive to fix, if you have a leak that is, The evaporater core, compressor, getting the system filled and charged.....
If your heat blows cold check the coolant level first, then heater valve and thermostat.... for ac if it blows warm then it has a leak and will cost at least $500 and up to fix.
