We know its hard. Heres something I've learned, once you start talking, it is easier to just say it. Words will begin to tumble out of your mouth and, guess what!, they (more than likely) will actually make sense! Practice this in front of the mirror (its what my first middle school boyfriend told me, and I thought he was the sweetest),
"Hey (insert name here), would you mind if I talked to you for a second?"
Find a place thats public, but somewhat secluded, (otherwise people might be suspicious)
Once shes situated and looking at you look into her eyes and say
"I really like you, and I know we aren't the best of friends, but from the look of it you seem like a really great person, and I would like to get to know you better. Would you like to go out with me? And even if you don't, do you think we could hang out and just get to know one another?"
I know its no Shakespeare, but I thought these were the best words in the world.
Good luck!

First thing is to RELAX... take it easy. Just be yourself, don't try memorizing word you would like to say to her if ever you approach her, the more you think of what you will say the more you will nbe lost in words. the reason why your conversation ends up that bad is because you are pressuring yourself into making a big result out of a handful conversation. if you want her to be your friend try to express your self in your own way (off course not in a jerky manner).
another tip is to know first her interest so that you can plan in advance the line of words of conversation you would put up with her. Be resourceful. Good Luck

Talk to her about school, the weather, music, movies, tv shows..... And as far as her friends, if you want to become friends with her you should try becoming friends with her friends. They could be the key to getting to know her better.

Be yourself. If it's one thing girls don't like, it's a fake. Don't be overly pushy (: You have to let relationships build gradually. Let her feel like you're a person she'd want to be around. And BE A GENTLEMAN! Maybe help a person out... it doesn't have to be her exactly. She'll see you're a sweet guy and maybe you guys will end up together.

I've been in this before. Just talk to her, and if her friends are their ask if you can talk to her alone then talk and ask if she wants 2 go out or something.

Just be yourself. Tell her you would like to be her friend and see what happens. If you are just going to be friends, at least at first, then don't worry about her friends. If you are a friend of hers, you are going to have to deal with her other friends.

In any beginning situation, you talk about something that you both know about. Be friendly and courteous.
