I've had a SOYO MOBO (SY-P41875P DRAGON 2 v1.0). for 2 years and had no problems until today. The pc was working fine when suddenly turned off by itself. When I press the on/off button, it won't do anything. I was checking all the cables from the PSU and noticed this: when I leave the 12v 4 pin power supply cable unplugged, the PSU starts (with no video), but if I plugged it back, it won't start at all.
Thanks in advance.

Power supply problems are hard to diagnose if you do not have the right equipment. First off, if you do not have a spare power supply handy, then use a voltmeter to test the voltages coming from your power supply. How do you do this? well follow this link. http://www.bluemax.net/techtips/ATXPowerSupplyWiring/ATXPowerSupplyWiring.htm

Please be careful when testing your power supply!!!

Cheers!
