I used to be able to click "Email this file" on the left of the window, and it would open a dialog box, asking if I wanted to resize them. The dialogue box doesn't show up anymore, and it automatically opens them in an email message, at full size. How do I get that option back?

My default e-mail is Outlook Express. I made sure that the "common" options were set. It does not automatically resize them for me. The "e-mail this file" option is there, but it does not give me the option to resize it before opening it in Outlook.

you will possibly not beat this for speed and function, it is so small and so accessible. it extremely is observed as image Resizer. it extremely isn't even a chew of utility and you get get admission to to it by precise clicking on the image you elect to resize, p.c.. how small you elect to flow, it supplies you approximately 5 possibilities and then bam! it extremely is finished. can not reccomend it extremely sufficient. get carry of it from the link i've got have been given given it extremely is 5th from the backside on the astonishing hand ingredient. :-)

Try this: In the folder with the pictures, click on 'Tools', then 'Folder Options', then in the 'General' tab under 'Tasks' make sure the 'Show common tasks in folders' is selected. If it's not, and you've selected 'Use Windows classic folders' that's probably your problem. Give it a shot. Good luck!

I feel your pain girl. Same thing happened to me. I hope I give you correct instructions... If not, email me at my MySpace.com/Musiciansrock.........

ANYWAY, once you are browsing you pics, right click on the picture. Scroll down to "Open With" then "Microsoft Photo Editor".... Once you do that, then (on the toolbar) click on "Image" then "Resize"........ I usually always resize to 40 or 50%. and then you can either click Save... or save as (and rename it..) or you can close it and it will prompt you to Save it anyway."I usually give my photos the same name but type EDIT after it so I know which ones are already resized when I go to send them again....

Hope this helps!
