I was going to say Macy, but when I saw your last name that didn't sound good to me. Alyssa sounds better I think. It's the cadence. Two syllables followed by two syllables is too repetitive for my ears. Therefore, although I'm not crazy about the name Adrian, I'd go for that if it's a boy.

Personally not a fan of first and last name starting with M. But yay you for having fairly normal names with normal spellings. They're all quite nice :) I vote for Reagan and Caleb.
