LOL no they won't! Seriously, no. Only in some occassions at the airport if you brought in some fake items in a large number in your suitcase and they happened to random check you. They're only afraid that you're going to sell them.
A friend of mine bought lots of clothing in Turkey on vacation and they were fake, when he got back to France, they took the goods away but they didn't press charges because my friend "doesn't know" they're fake.

They probably would confiscate them if they were being imported for sale, but I don't think they have LOUIS VUITTON police checking every bag on the street... Although, if you just arrived via Asia, and had a few bags, customs might confiscate them....
if you need to buy fake you have other problems, like trying to portray yourself as wealthy when you are not!!

i know where FRANCE is, not FRACE. and that, quite frankly, is really sad. come on .. you bought it with your own money, and so what if it`s fake ? at least it`s SOMETHiNG you use to carry your belongings right ? well .. i sure hope it`s not true. all that, over a brand name purse ? please ..

They can't do that. It's your money and you bought it. Chances are you probably didn't know it was fake.
Truth is.... you'd probably get stoned to death :|
