What is this "New-Look" with Times of India?

It is simply a new design/layout that they have decided for their website. It looks cool!

Earlier indiatimes.com site was very much congested. They tried to put as much information as possible and in the process it became an ugly site. The new changed site is more colorful and a bit less congested. But it is still so much congested that I do not find it worthwhile site.
