Try to ask coworkers, friends, church members, etc., to help you move. Move the large pieces of furniture first, get everything in the room you want it, then go for the boxes and smaller things. You most likely will not be able to get everything unpacked or even situated exactly where you want it on the first day, so don't overwhelm yourself. The first poster was right, make the beds first thing so you can go to bed when you feel like it. With young children, I would suggest packing several days (even up to a week) worth of clothes and toys and toiletries separate (for you and hubby, too!), so you don't have to worry about finding clean clothes and whatever out of boxes the first few days.
Once you get everything moved, give yourself small tasks in getting everything unpacked. Perhaps go room by room, rather than everything together, so you have small victories rather than one overwhelming mess. Have the kids help, give them some small boxes of their clothes and toys that they can unpack.
Also, be sure to clean the new house before you get there, if possible, that way you don't have to keep moving things around in order to clean it. You might want to plan the next week's worth of meals ahead of time and pack all of the dishes, pots, pans, etc. that you will need for those meals separately, so you aren't trying to find a specific thing in the pile of boxes. (If you have a slow-cooker, get some recipes online and do that for the first few days, eat off of paper plates, that way dinner prep and clean up is quick and easy!).
Make sure everything is labelled properly.
Have a box to go with you FIRST TRIP, with toilet paper, bandaids, some snacks, water, cell phone charger, emergency numbers, cleaning supplies, garbage bag, marker, tape, and boxcutter. As well as anything else you might need first thing while you're there.
I would also suggest a weekend vacation for the family soon after you are moved. Helps you relax and reconnect!
Good luck!!!

whatever you do, set up beds and make them first, after a long day you are gonna be thankful for a nice clean bed to fall into.
important thing is, you work together, get all furniture in and then the boxes.

Only One Day, right. Focus on moving the big stuff, eg. bed, sofa on that day. Then slowly all the hand carry and small stuffs whenever you are available after work. Hope this will solve your problem.

1. big stuff first.
2. throw uneccesary items (unless you have time for a garage sale)
3. mark fragiles properly (believe me this is important)
4. ask help from friends and relatives if possible.
good luck
