There should never be a question of who's in charge, it's an equal share. Both the man and the woman (unless...) should give and take orders to make things work. Just like there's no I in team, neither is there in Love.

No ONE should be in charge. It should be an equal partnership. This works if you can both trust each other. I have been doing this with my husband for over 12 years.

Usually the most dominant personality will influence the relationship most, which i suppose would count as in charge. Truly though marriage is a compromise, you go with the flow, dig it?

I have never married ,that way i am always in charge but if i were to marry it would be me the woodman as i say it ,i have always been in control in every relationship,if it doesnt work for the man i just leave

Joint decision making on most things, not the little petty stuff. If you enter this type of union you need input from both sides. Most marriages both are working and pooling there monies, so both should have a say in where it goes..*
