Cayman Islands. Small peaceful place, a lot of money to spend on resources. I'd set it up as a social democracy with a left wing goverment. Free heath and education for all.

I would choose a country that needs the most help - maybe like Sierra Leone. And hopefully I would have enough funding and support to do all the things I would need to do to stop the kidnapping, rapes, child slaves, child soldiers, and corruption that is rife there.

I'd be a just president...if there was no chauvinistic society and women could be...then i would be the president of Russia...just sounds perfect. I'd turn those communists into loving non-killing people...and be running a democracy. I'd get rid of that darn tsar system...(no offense to Russians)...

I would find an island with no people on it. I would rule myself and discipline myself. I sure hope I would not break the law, if I did who would feed me when I was in jail? Why do you call yourself Legend?
