Goto my computer and browse to
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof

Copy the file named custom.dic to a cd/flash disk or any media.

Now on the other computer copy the custom.dic file from your disk to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof

Just say Yes when you are prompted to over write the old file, and the custom dictionary will be modified with all the words you added.

This will work for works 6 and 2000. Any words the person had in their custom dictionary will be gone and flagged as incorrect again but that's not a problem. I recommend you can read the Microsoft article i got the answer from.

For works 2004, it will most likely be similar or the custom.dic file will be located somewhere in Documents and settings in a directory by the name of proof.

You will be able to get a list of the words you added to the dictionary if you click on the Tools menu and choose Options. Click on the Spelling and Grammar tab and then on Dictionaries. It should show Custom. Dic. Click on Edit. All the words you have added to the dictionary will show and you can copy and paste them to a file which you can save and transfer to the other computer. Go through the same procedure to open the Custom dictionary on the new computer and paste the list of word.

you are able to e-mail the rfile as an attachment to your self and then open it on the different. Any variety of transportable media gadget like a flash force or floppy force will do. you are able to also pick to test community printing. this is having your printers linked on your community community so that you'll be able to print from any printer on any pc.
