Driving down the highway?

Question

When you are driving down the highway and see someone changing a flat tire, do you move over to give them more room or just speed on by?

I try to move over if at all possible.

In Texas the regulation reads................ SB 193 is undemanding consequently of certainty the “omit Act”. I usually stop to see if they need help, but if I'm in a hurry, I usually just try to move over some.

i try to get in the other lane when at all possible and i have pulled over when i am not alone!
