The experts just can't seem to figure out how these structures were constructed cos the stones used were extremely heavy and couldn't have been transported without the use of modern machinery.

i would say Easter island because of the fact we kind of know what stone henge is. but what the heck are those statues for. some say they hold mystical powers. like a vortex or something. I'm intrigued with all that stuff!

What experts are you talking to ? The ones who want to sell a documentary or the ones who explain how simple manpower and human ingenuity built both ?

Modern machinery bah...You'd be surprised what a man can accomplish if he believes he is working for a God or won't be fed until the task is completed or has to do the work to save his family from slaughter.

That's the simple truth of the matter. Stonehenge, Easter Island, Pyramids, Mayan cities; they were all built using manpower and motivation.

although they are interesting, the Easter Island statues are no longer somewhat very previous, so i could might desire to bypass with Stonehenge. a number of the stones weigh over 40 much too,and much from being purely status stones, the lintels are linked interior the by potential of mortise and tenon joints making them somewhat unusual among historic stone monuments of this date. The panorama around is likewise peppered with historic burial mounds, different henges etc...you may hardly positioned a spade interior the floor without hitting something!

The druids came and built Stonehenge, one of the biggest henges in the world. No one's built a henge like that ever since. No one knows what the f*** a henge is.

Good question- hard to pinpoint between the two isn't it? Personally speaking, I would have to say Easter Island.
