My wife died suddenly June 18th, 2006- and I have all this makeup and stuff, and I'm obviously not going to use any of it. What can I do with this stuff? Lipstick, etc - can you use this stuff like you would paint or something? Or who can I sell or give this stuff too?
thanks

I am sorry for the loss of your wife.

You can try to freecycle anything you don't want (believe me SOMEONE always wants whatever you are giving away!!!!)

First, I'm really sorry for your loss. If some of the makeup is unused and she had close female friends, they may want to keep it. Otherwise, since makeup grows bacteria the longer it sits, it's obviously not safe to pass along things that have been opened and used, so you can probably toss it or, if you don't want to do that, you can buy a large cosmetic bag and just put it away.

I'm sorry for your loss. If the makeup has been opened/used, it should go into the trash-due to bacteria. If it's still brand new-not been opened/used, you could donate it to an organization near you-like YWCA, Goodwill, etc. Take care.

unless you have children that are girls that like to play dress up.. i dont think its a hygenically good idea to pass makeup along to people that are not family connected unless you have neices or she had a sister or somehting like that..
and im sorry to hear about yourlose..
