"Careful With That Axe Eugene"is a scary song, but my pick would be the song "Black Sabbath" by (surprise, surprise) Black Sabbath.
Sure, the lyrics deal with Satan and other figures relating to the occult but, it is the music that makes it scary. The most amazing part about this is that the song only has 3 chords. 3...! But it is the way that these 3 chords are played as well as the inclusion of sound effects such as a churchbell, thunder and rain that gives it it's eerie vibe.
A true classic.

MKBrown, I LOVE the Lost Boys! Anyway, the song that makes my skin crawl is "Every Step You Take" (or whatever the title is) by the Police. It's the ultimate stalker song. Of course, it freaks me out because I actually had a stalker and he actually called in to the radio stations a couple of times to dedicate it to me...
