I'm pretty sure it's over for good
House is definitely not interested in her at all
And Cameron, who used to be interested in House, seems to have moved on
My vote is that nothing will happen between them

No. It would probably just be cheap meaningless sex. In order for him to have a serious relationship it would have to be with Cuddy.
