is there a way to look up online who is a shops / companies owner in Arkansas? I only found a site where you can do a Docket Search.

Businesses register with the Secretary of State in order to conduct business in the State of Arkansas. You can do a name search at: http://www.sosweb.state.ar.us/corps/search_all.php

Perhaps try the Better Business Bureau in your area. If you can locate the company on their website they usually list the owner. Good Luck

not sure what you mean....but I am going to take a guess. If this is a business, then they have a business license with the state or county within which they are doing business.
A few calls to your county clerk should set you in the right direction .
