in a business environment, it shouldn't matter. you are all equal co-workers functioning as a team to pursue business goals. if anyone steps out of line and tries to give you a hard time for being female, this is discrimination that should not be tolerated..
having said that, i can understand how you might find it hard to fit in and socialize at work.. just be friendly and try not to feel out of place. some guys may open up to you and chat and become friendly.. others won't. it's just the nature of the office..

...wear a push up bra...blow your hair out and leave it down....let them know your not going to take **** and your in charge. Don't show them if they piss you off....and never back down.
