I was sick-feeling all day and throwing up 5-10 times a day for months 2-7 of my pregnancy. Oddly enough, the sickness didnt kick in until I found out I was prego. It makes me wonder if it was caused or made worse by my high stress level. I was 19 (married) and both sides of our families were freaking out, angry, hating us, non-supportive, yelling, etc., causing me to pretty much be a wreck every day. And my horrible boss didnt help either, telling me to suck it up and quit throwing up. (yeah, like i was doing it on purpose, barfing is so fun)

anyway, has anyone ever heard if there is a correlation between sickness during pregnancy and stress level?

thanx

Yes ma'am they say if you are stressed out during your pregnancy your body tries to correct its self! Girl you are so luck tho! If all you had was throwing up! ( not trying to sound rude!) I was in the same situation and i had a miscarriage because of it! My doctor said that i had put the baby in to much stress!

when i was pregnant , i had depression and felt really frustrated. so i think u too have frustration ...which is maybe like a stress in ur case.basically women become tired during pregnancy and at this point of time , it is difficult to manage all work . we become dependant . so it turns out that we feel stressed and helpless.actuallly we r supposed to be cautious abt the baby, care of other works and care for our health....all these put together causes stress. so do not worry, try relaxing and have good sleep. good sleep will defenitely help u feel good.
