No. There is no evidence that masturbation makes the overall size of the penis smaller or larger.

interview:
When I started to masturbate I was merely 19, and now, 3 years later, my penis has enlarged from 6 inches to 8 1/2. Some have said that there is no way to enlarge your penis, but I have to differ with them. I have an enlarged penis to prove my theory and my fact. My goal is 9 1/2 to 10 inches — I'll keep you posted.
- age 22, Kentucky

Congratulations on being happy with your large penis. But I hate to break it to you — masturbation has not made your penis larger. Your penis just took a few years longer to reach its full size than most guys' do. Believe me, for every 50 e-mails I get from people who believe that masturbation made their penis bigger, I get 50 e-mails from guys who think masturbation has stunted their penis growth. Masturbation neither helps nor hinders the growth of the penis. The penis just grows to a certain length, by a certain age, regardless of what you do with it. (Unless, of course, you cut it off. Please don't do that.)

Masturbation and penis size
Does masturbation give an effect on size of the penis? Do those who masturbate regularly have bigger penises? These and some other questions are often asked me in connection with increasing of the size of the penis. So how big is the role of the masturbation in penis enlargement?

Simple answer to this question would be: if this was true then 95-98% of the men would had big and well developed penises, because as studies show, only 2-5% of men have never masturbated.

From my own experience have to say that there are men who have never masturbated but their penises are above average from nature. And in the same time there are enough men who have small or middle size penises and they regularly involve in penis enlargement programs and masturbate regularly.

Looks like answer would be obvious, but in the same time have to say that there are men who have achieved the change of the size with regular masturbation. In most of the cases these men wanted to change the shape or curve of their penises. Usually in such a cases penis have disproportionate wide middle section and is thin at the base.

So the conclusion is that there is a connection between masturbation (onanation) and penis form. This question is very important for boys at puberty age – in this period of time the most intensive growth of penis take place, some little and correct stimulation of it might support it’s growth. Also, at this age, frequent and incorrect masturbation might stimulate the formation of incorrect shape and visual deformation of the penis.

Comparing the manual technique of penis enlargement with masturbation
See similarities as well as essential differences:

- The goal – the most essential difference between masturbation and enlargement – masturbation is practiced to achieve ejaculation and all the consequences connected to that; but performing enlargement massages you perform targeted actions which are directed towards prolongation of penis ligaments and formation of new tissues;

- Technique –it’s different depending on purpose with which we are working with penis. Masturbating there are different ways how to achieve ejaculation and only few ways might enlarge your penis. When masturbating, there is just superficial stimulation of penis taking place, In it’s turn, at enlargement procedure, actions are directed towards increasing of the mass of ligaments and tissues;

- Time – for most of the men masturbation takes not more than 5-10 minutes, in it’s turn penis enlargement massage takes at least 45 and sometimes even 90 minutes;

- Regularity – usually man masturbates when he has a wish, when he gets sexually excited, etc., enlargement procedures take place regularly – 2-3 times a week;

- Sexual activity – usually men masturbate if they have nobody to have sex with. But when you’re having penis enlargement procedures it would even be advisory to be sexually active because it will fortify the effect of achieved enlargement;

- Excitement – with masturbation it is integral part of it. At massages, it’s advisory since it stimulates rising of hormonal level;

- Erection – masturbation is directed to increasing of erection. During a massage, it’s periodically needed to have the erection – mostly, penis is enough filled already without it;

- Ejaculation – it’s an objective and final of the masturbation process. At enlargement procedures – only sometimes.

From before mentioned you can see that there is enough common masturbation has with penis enlargement procedure – manual method. But these differences are essential enough, so you can’t achieve penis enlargement during simple masturbation.

Conclusion
During masturbation you can’t achieve penis enlargement, but since masturbation techniques are different there might be a situation where in this technique are included elements of enlargement massage and as a result might appear some size or shape changes. Most often these elements are included unconsciously and they stimulate penis form or bending defects – visual defects which occur as a result of “incorrect” masturbation.

The size of your penis is hereditary. It will stop growing about ages 18-22.

Not in the flaccid state when you are finished. When you start to masturbate you will get erect, but the size the next time won't increase or decrease.

not in the context ofpermanent increase size while at rest or excited. I thin person looks bigger than a fat indivisual. Most people have poor self-esteem. There is not a contest for size. Enjoy life and stop finding personal hang-ups.

READ THIS :- Masturbation. Most people do it — yet so many people worry about doing it! That's because there are a lot of myths out there that masturbation is dirty, dangerous, or something to be embarrassed about doing. But the truth is, masturbation is safe and healthy, and it's here to stay. People of all ages do it. Guys do it, and girls do it too. Single people and people in relationships do it. Some people do it a few times a day, and some do it a few times a year. Let's get to the bottom of some of the masturbation myths that make people so anxious about being caught red-handed.

Myth #1: Masturbation is unhealthy.

Maybe you've heard that masturbation makes you blind or damages your sex organs. This couldn't be further from the truth. Masturbation is not physically harmful in any way. In fact, it has a number of physical and mental health benefits — here are just a few:

Masturbation releases stress and physical tension. Many people masturbate to relax, and it can help some people fall asleep.

Orgasms — whether they're from masturbation or sex play with a partner — can act as a natural painkiller. One study from 2001 found that orgasm can ease migraines faster than medication. Some women masturbate to relieve menstrual cramps. Research has also shown that orgasms may even prevent endometriosis, a disease of the uterine lining.

One recent study found that frequent ejaculation from masturbating may reduce a man's chances of developing prostate cancer.
Plus, masturbation is the ultimate form of safer sex — there is no risk of pregnancy or infection.

Myth #2: Only people who can't "get any" masturbate.

Here's an interesting fact — people who have regular sex partners actually masturbate more often than those who don't. Some people are concerned when they find out their partners masturbate — they wonder, "Why would someone masturbate when they could just have sex? Does this mean that my partner isn't attracted to me?" But many people — both in relationships and single — masturbate when their partners are unavailable. Some use masturbation as a kind of "dress rehearsal," to learn more about what they find pleasurable. People can learn about their bodies through masturbating, and this can help them communicate better with their partners about what they enjoy sexually.

Myth #3: Girls don't masturbate.

Some people think that it's OK for guys to masturbate and have sex, but that girls shouldn't. Unfortunately, our society is often more comfortable with men expressing their sexuality than with women, so many girls are taught not to masturbate — or not to admit to doing it. But the truth is, girls and women do masturbate, and there's no reason they shouldn't. In fact, one study showed that women who masturbate have higher self-esteem than those who don't.

Myth #4: It's bad to masturbate every day.

Some people masturbate every day — or even more than once a day. That's fine. So is there such a thing as "too much" masturbation? According to counselors, it's only when masturbation gets in the way of daily activities — like going to school or work, or meeting friends — that it would be considered "too much." And not many people have that problem. Also, some people worry that masturbating frequently will affect a girl's fertility or a guy's ability to produce sperm. It doesn't. A guy may find that he has less volume of semen if he ejaculates frequently, and his semen may contain less sperm. But that doesn't mean that his sperm count will be reduced in the future. The testicles produce and store sperm beginning at puberty, and sperm production continues through most of adult life.

So forget those rumors of hairy palms and shrinking penises. Masturbation is a safe and healthy way to relieve sexual tension, explore our sexuality, and discover what feels good. Let's give ourselves a hand — or two!
