Well, being disabled, not working, and taken care of by family, I can afford to spend as much time as I want to online, and the Internet is an outlet for me...a way to bring people to me, from places I haven't gotten to travel to yet, and I appreciate that the Internet affords me that. That's why I spend so much time online.
I'm on Yahoo! Answers so much so I can answer questions with my knowledge, so I earn points while helping people, and I rate answers and vote on undecided answers too. Again, I can afford to be.

ha... good point. idk, I guess its just fun to talk to people you don't know from other parts of the world I guess. I'm usually shy, but it's nice when I don't have to talk face to face with people or get self-conscious. Plus I get lots of good laughs here.
