Try using some proxy sites like www.mathtunnel.com or www.ghostproxy.com
Just type this URLs and on the page taht opens, you will find a box to type in another address. Put the address of teh page you want to open in this box and press the corresponding button.

go to beo directly? though they probs would have blocked that. and your school shouldn't have blocked search engines cuase you need them to do research. try not to use common ones like google and yahoo. try askjeeves, askjeeves for kids, go.com, gofetch (i think). they're not as popular. or you can just wait till you get home =)
