Listen... I've had 2 bipolar wives and I know where you are coming from. It's crazy! Especially when it's considered that you probably love her very much and it hurts you to see her destroy all three, you - her and the 2 of you.
LIsten, bro... take it from experience: if you really love her and want to help... and I do mean really...
Look at the list of doctors in the phone book. There are TONS! Call around. If a doctor won't talk to you, call another. I told my 2nd wife's doc that I was hiring, and I would like to interview him.

Really man, those symptoms are classic...

Your wife has to want treatment. You can help her, support her, but you can't compel her. If she's refusing meds, then it's her issue. If the doctor really isn't listening, then get a new one immediately, but it sounds like a mixed issue here.

If I were married to a bipolar person, I would treat it like being married to an alcoholic: I would only stay so long as they were in treatment (sober). Otherwise I would go. You're not meat to be put through a grinder, you're a human being. You can only do so much.

Sounds to me like she is more haunted than by polar. They like to put that label on everyone these days. To get rid of the Ghost or Ghosts she should bathe twice daily (morn and night) keep bed room and house really clean. stop eating meat (it puts holes in ones Ora and they can affect one that way) stay away from intoxication, (psych drugs can even make an opening for them) Burn incense. (especially frankincense) Chant the Maha Mantra loudly or play Maha Mantra music to keep them away. I have to play it softly all night or I am bothered by them. Also get some holy water (preferably Ganga water and put in a spray bottle and spray around house. Spray around bed at night. It all works but they are persistent buggers. That is bizarre! You either need to "believe the Doctor", or take her somewhere else for treatment! Good luck to you, that can't be easy!

Get her to another doctor....NOW. Don't wait. Contact your insurance provider and find out what steps you need to take to get her evaluated by another medical professional.
