I have written a general article, which i would like to get published in Delhi and London newspaper. Please let me know, how to do that..

I'm fairly certain that you need at least a Bachelor's in Journalism. If you have one, phone or email them.

Call the newspaper and ask to speak with an editor. Don't be surprised, though, if you're rejected on the spot. Editors are very busy people, especially at major newspapers.

If you don't know the paper's phone number or an e-mail address, then you don't have what it takes to be a reporter. A good reporter must be independent and resourceful and be able to think for himself.

A vast majority of the time you should pitch your idea to an editor first, before doing your research and writing the story. That will save you a lot of time and grief if your idea is not accepted.

If you are lucky and the paper accepts your story, be prepared for the editor to gut it. It happens to everyone the first couple of times. The only thing you might recognize is your name in the byline.
