Just follow these guidelines and you will have no problem
1. Customers are the most important people that we communicate with
2. Customers are not dependent on us. we are dependent on them
3. Customers are not an interruption to our work, they are the whole purpose of it
4. We do not do customers a favor, they do us a favor by giving us the opportunity to work for them
5. Customers are not cold statistics, they are human beings with feelings and emotions
6. Nobody ever wins an argument with a customer
7. Customers are people who bring us their wants, it is our job to handle those wants profitably for both the customer and ourselves
8. the success of our business will be measured by the service we give ourselves.
9.Customer service is not a department it is an attitude
10. Remember if you have one upset customer, they tell 10. You have one happy customer they tell one person.

The answer is just simple, the customer is always right. If you follow this motto not only will you be pleasant, attentive and compasionate to the customer, but you will improve your people skills motiviating more people to be serviced by you.

If the customer comes to you with a problem, see the problem from their perspective, that way they see that you truly understand their concern and that you really want to help them.
