Star Wars (not sure what its called Galaxies or something) (cost money though)looks good not played it though

mmorpg actually means Massive Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Game (you forgot the roleplaying part) but it seems more and more people aren't doing the roleplay part -- just levels and loots =(
Anyways - I like EVE Online - a space based MMORPG - you don't have to do all the "kill this mob and collect this item" quests -- you can play the market, be a courier, run a space station, or kill to your hearts content among other things
(I have also played EQ, EQII, WoW, DAoC, and SWG in the past)

2. World Of Warcraft or WoW: Bought in stores, 15 dollar a month fee
3. Scions of Fate: Still in beta, coming 2-07-2007

I am quite fond of RuneScape, it is free but if you want more and better quests,items,abilities then you could become a member for $5.00 USD a month
