I think it will probably be ok. No birth defects or anything like that. The only thing I would worry about is if you are having blood pressure issues, try to control screaming and yelling, but if crying during pregnancy were a problem, honey we would all be in trouble.

Generally, no. But that depends on how much you're stressing yourself with the above. Most current medical info says that a certain level of stress is perfectly healthy during a pregnancy (so a normal, tolerable level). So if you get into a fight with someone (screaming, not physical) once in a while, that's acceptable. Same goes for crying - god knows I've broken down crying at least 50 times in the last 8 months of my pregnancy. As long as you're not overstressing yourself, it won't harm your baby.

Every lady I have ever known who was pregnant including myself is moody when pregnant. It's normal to be upset and cry, you shouldn't yell too much and you should try to keep yourself away from stressful situations. It does stress the baby when you yell and get really really upset so you should try be be more calm as for being moody it's normal. My husband slept in the spare bedroom about 4 or 5 nights out of the week because I was so moody and irritable. Everything woke me up, especially his snoring! He didn't mind though, he knew it was a stressful time for me.

No, birth defects won't happen because you're having high stress levels. The high stress levels are due to the hormones.
There was a study a few years back that tried to link stress in the mother to having an overly fussy/high needs infant. I don't think that they were ever able to duplicate the results of that study.
So, I would suggest that you do what you can to reduce your stress level (yea, right, I know) and try not to be so hard on yourself. Most of us have shared your symptoms during pregnancy, and most of us have survived with our sanity intact!!
Do something to pamper yourself, just because. Trust me, you deserve it!!

It's probably just your hormones out of wack, but try to remain calm if you can, I've never heard of a baby having birth defects, but your baby can sense your emotions. I got some scented oils at PeaPods (its a store for pregnant women and mothers of young children) that was specifically made to be calming, you could also try lavender. Just take a deep breath and think about staying calm for your child.

I don't think it will cause birth defects but also keep in mind that your hormones are changing too so this will cause you to be stressed out one minute and just fine the next. It gets better in time. Good luck!

No not birth defects, but stress is not good for you or the baby, it could cause a miscarriage! That's what happened to me. You can even make yourself sick if you don't take care! Try to relax! After all its going to be all worth it once you see your beautiful baby! Good luck!

No, not birth defects such as genetic disorders or anything but stress can harm the baby and might cause an early delivery or miscarriage.

Your hormones are going nuts right now and it is quite normal to be moody, but if you keep it up it will harm the baby. It doesn't need to be a birthdefect, but it could happen that the baby will not be content but a crier. Your baby can hear and feel. So, relax and don't scream anymore.

don't know about birth defects, but stress brings on adrenylin. Adrenylin causes your other organs to shut down to give you 'extra strength'. Doing that often sends your body and your baby into havoc. Your body can handle adrenylin in small quantities, but not to be released on a daily basis
